6.​ We do not guarantee subsidy approvals. Approvals depend entirely on government evaluation of eligibility, compliance, and availability under the scheme.

7.​ Any misuse of our services, misrepresentation of information by clients, or non-payment of agreed consultancy charges may result in termination of services and/or legal action.
